Across Connecticut, libraries participated in Flikr's "Snapshot Day" to demonstrate how they are an important part of the communities they serve. Capturing this event for the library in Somers was really fun! You can see the children dancing to the music of Jon O'Neill and when Forest Park Zoo On the Go arrived, my daughter actually asked to touch the snakes!
